SHIPPING

• Enjoy Complimentary Shipping on all domestic orders above 1,500 AED.
• You will receive your order within 2-5 Business days post dispatch.
• All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.
• Please note that our processing times still apply.
• We do not serve International locations at the moment.
  

PROCESSING

• Your Product will be made to order and dispatched in 10-15+ Business Days of order placement.
• Incase your order is ready before the estimated timeline / delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You shall be promptly updated.
• Special Orders might take an additional 2 weeks of processing time. Same applies for orders placed during Holidays and Peak Rush Seasons.
• If the Order is a Rush please write to us and we will work out how best to accommodate your request.
