Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

• Enjoy Free Shipping on all domestic orders above 1,500 AED & Free Shipping on most International orders above $1,500 . Some Remote International locations may incur additional charges .
• It takes 2-5 days to receive the product from the time of dispatch.
• All tracking and courier details are provided to the customer post Dispatch.

HANDLING

• Your Product will be made to order and dispatched within 2-4 weeks of order placement.
• Incase your order is ready before the estimated timeline / delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. You shall be promptly updated. 
• This is not applicable for Special orders or orders where design is not provided by us
• ⁠Kindly note that during Holidays and Peak Rush Seasons it would take an additional 2 weeks of processing time.
